Alongside highlighting the areas on which the FCA has provided guidance, Bridget offers some useful tips to using social media in your business in the light of that paper, and suggests the fact that the regulator has not provided more detail about what advisers can and can’t say and do should be embraced not criticised. Advisers in the US would love the freedom, she says.
