PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We take your privacy very seriously and any information we receive from you will be used in line with this privacy policy. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 the data controller is KGR Media Services Ltd.

1. Collection of information

When you subscribe/register you must give us accurate information about yourself and it is up to you to update this information with any changes.

In order to subscribe/register you need to complete the appropriate form. Where a user name and password are required to be created, you must not share these. We may choose to suspend, cancel or reject your registration at any time without explanation if you fail to abide by any of the rules of registration. You should not create more than one registration without our express written permission. Failure to abide by this may result in cancellation of your access.

2. Cookies

5. Disclosure of your information

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
